Joy Moore has been processing settlement files for 30 years. Her experience is invaluable and she can always be counted on to help solve any settlement problems. Joy is a licensed title producer in the State of Maryland. Joy graduated from the University of Maryland in 1983 with Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences and she earned a second Bachelors from the University of Maryland University College in Paralegal Studies. Joy enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
