Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Attorney Levy received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the UB Law Forum.
Mr. Levy began his career in private practice where he built his legal foundation and reputation representing builders, lenders, businesses and individuals in many areas of real estate, corporate and business law. He later joined a respected title group where he became Partner. Attorney Levy has established an extensive real estate transactional practice over the years, assisting with all types and aspects of real estate deals, from contract, title underwriting and resolution, through settlement. Jon teaches continuing education classes to agents and brokers, and frequently speaks to groups of agents on relevant real estate topicality.
Jon is licensed member of both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars, and additionally is licensed to conduct closings and issue title insurance in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mr. Levy resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and children.
