Lindsey Szita has been a member of the Village Settlements team since 2015 when she started out as our Gaithersburg office Receptionist. She is now a pre-settlement processor and she is in charge of the initial stages of case preparation, including opening up contract files for settlement, and coordinating details with purchasers, sellers, agents and lenders. Lindsay received her Associate’s degree from Frederick Community College. She is a resident of Frederick County and loves spending time painting, drawing and hanging out with her cats Minnie and Bruce.
