Patti Kalamets has been a member of the Village Settlements team since 1992. Prior to that time, Patti also worked with some of the Village Attorneys in a predecessor firm, giving her approximately 30+ years as a part of Village. As Director of Marketing for the Frederick Office, she is responsible for coordinating events in Frederick and the surrounding areas. She is also in charge of the initial stages of case preparation, including opening up contract files for settlement, and coordinating details with purchasers, sellers, agents and lenders.
Patti is an active member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors (FCAR) as well as a Local Affiliate of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) serving on numerous committees. Patti graduated from Montgomery College with a degree in Business Administration and went to further her education at University of Maryland University College. Patti has lived in Frederick County since 1992 and resides in Myersville with her husband and their three boys.
