Kathleen Young, Esq. is a real estate attorney in our Greenbelt office. She assists clients with settlements, contract preparation, title reviews and other related settlement matters. Ms. Young has practiced in all areas of real estate law and creditors rights. She has also represented Homeowner and Condominium Associations in all aspects, including the preparation of community documents. She is well known for her contract preparation and she has even conducted sheriff’s sales and foreclosures, represented clients in Bankruptcy and been involved in civil litigation in the Maryland District, Circuit and Appellate Courts.
Ms. Young received her law degree from Widener University School of Law, Delaware Campus in 1997. She is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
